Over a career spanning more than two decades, Arunesh has led some of the most complex outsourcing, transition, and delivery programs across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets — programmes covering teams of 30 to over 3,000 people, and spanning industries including BFSI, healthcare, life sciences, HRO, manufacturing, media, retail, travel & hospitality, market research, and contact centres.
SCG was built on a simple observation: when organizations run large outsourcing or transition programs, vendors focus on their own delivery — and the client side is often left without clear ownership, governance structure, or independent oversight. That gap is where programs fail.
With 18 years in programme and project management at senior levels, Arunesh brings a practitioner's discipline combined with the strategic perspective that only comes from having led both large enterprise programs and leaner, high-velocity transitions. He has worked across onshore, offshore, and hybrid delivery models, with clients and stakeholders across geographies.
At SCG, Arunesh leads every engagement directly, supported by industry experts in his team those have done project management for more than a decade. Clients work with the person who built the methodology, owns the accountability, and has the experience to navigate the hard decisions.
SCG's proprietary ACTIV Methodology™ and AI-enabled governance tool, ACTIV AI™, were developed from Arunesh’s first-hand experience of what structured, disciplined execution actually looks like under pressure — and what it takes to keep complex programs on track when stakes are high.
